WHEN TO CONSIDER A MANAGEMENT AUDIT?

A Management Audit is suitable for a situation in which a broad and deep understanding of the management team’s abilities, readiness for change and level of cooperation must be obtained. A Management Audit is also valuable in situations where a broader strategic change is planned, where the company underperforms without a discernible reason or, for example, turnover or sick leaves increase. When a new manager starts, the management audit supports a swift leadership transition and onboarding.

SCCG’S MANAGEMENT AUDIT

The Management Audit is based on a reflective discussion with members of the management team. In the process, the organisation’s business situation, strategy, the co-operation and the participant’s own management approach are examined. Various tests and practical exercises are utilised in the processes, which are used to clarify the manager’s leadership style and focus, as well as areas for development. In the Management Audit, the management team, organisation and business are understood systemically, and individuals are viewed as part of the whole.

USING THE MANAGEMENT AUDIT RESULTS

The Management Audit service primarily supports management with the input of the CEO and / or the board. Usually, the information is required to support decision-making before undertaking major strategic changes. In addition, the Management Audit always provides clear development suggestions for both the management team and for each member individually.
