WHEN TO START A DEVELOPMENT PROJECT?

Development Projects are suitable for many different situations. In some cases, we start from more negative concerns regarding cooperation, where problems emerge for no identifiable reason. Often, development project can be launched proactively to tackle changes, or challenges that the team is expected to face and needs preparation and common understanding.

SCCG DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

Development Projects are designed to suit the situation. Various methods are used in Development Projects, such as 360 measurements, surveys, tests, exercises, lectures, reflective discussions and theme-based training or general training. Usually, in Development Projects, we implement both individual and group processes in parallel. Overall development is the responsibility of both the group and the individual group member.

Development Projects can help set clearer common goals, roles or management behaviours. Development Projects often support the implementation of the strategy as part of daily activities.
