Tommi Lehtinen is the enthusiastic founder and owner of SCCG. He holds a master’s degree in psychology and 15 years of global experience in strategic resourcing, talent acquisition and talent management. His previous project deliveries range from individual assessments and leadership profiling to managing global and local management audits, executive searches and leadership development projects. He is especially familiar with the retail business as well as the traditional Finnish food and engineering industries. His professional goal and true passion is to strengthen the business via sustainable and pragmatic people solutions.

Antti is an experienced organisational psychologist and consultant with 16 years of experience. Since 2012, he has worked with large corporations and governmental institutions in Finland, Moscow and New York. He is highly regarded as a crisis management consultant, organisational behaviour specialist and leadership trainer. Antti specialises in international, multicultural organisations, helping managers to develop the necessary skills to thrive in demanding and networked environments. He brings together his deep insights from both individual and work group levels to help clients reach effective solutions. Over the past 10 years, Antti has been chief work and organisational psychologist for Terveystalo in Southern Finland, diplomat psychologist for the United Kingdom and Finland in Moscow, and a consultant in New York City.

Nelli is a passionate people development professional who helps organizations and individuals to grow and reach their highest potential. Nelli has over 20 years of experience of consulting in the areas of leadership and organization development, strategic resourcing ,assessment, employer branding and various of talent management related projects. She has worked both as an external consultant and also in various internal HR roles. In internal HR roles she has worked in operative regional roles in the area of resourcing, learning and development, and also in global role responsible for developing and implementing strategy driven talent acquisition, talent engagement and talent management processes globally.
