Coaching is suitable for varied situations. For example, coaching is suitable for situations where an expert in the early stages of his career ascends quickly to manager level or a manager needs to progress earlier than expected to wide-ranging director responsibilities.

SCCG’S COACHING SERVICE

The Coaching service is based on a reflective conversation with the participants, in which we help to structure the participant’s career, leadership and challenges, depending on the situation. In our coaching process, we combine educative, coaching and assessment approaches. Various tests and practical exercises can be used in the process, or the process can be tied into a follow-up process of a personal competency assessment. In coaching, the participant’s career and challenges are understood as part of the operation of the entire unit or organisation.
